All coffee is roasted to order. Orders are typically processed within 2-4 business days before shipment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
If you have a time-sensitive order, please contact us before placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
Shipping times vary by destination and carrier, but most orders arrive within 2–5 business days after shipment.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or peak shipping periods. Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, we are unable to guarantee delivery dates.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and destination.
Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.
Perishable Products
Coffee is a perishable food product. For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened items.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges based on taste preference.
Unopened Products
Unopened, unused products may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery, subject to approval.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Incorrect or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a description of the issue. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or resolution.
